After analyzing and investing in stocks based off fundamentals for quite some time, I then learned of dividend stock investing.

.- Focus on learning over results, adding value over being the best, and actively revisting your overal goal, from there you will be setup to have an incredible real estate journey and life.I haven't mentioned anything around real estate investing because if you are committed to doing this investing for a long time, then working on your mindset, working on being a helpful and value add agent, and these fundamental things WILL help you become a successful investor.

It was another reminder that real estate investing was fundamentally taking on other people’s problems.

It's predictable & generally safe way to invest capital for a reasonable return if you are investing in a good location with strong fundamentals. 

The heat of the DFW market is concerning, but the fundamentals of the market look strong, and competition keeps us creative to find new niches.

But most of these valuations now do not make sense on ANY fundamental level.

This is where you find the supply and demand fundamentals ruling the long term total profits potential day.

It indicates someone who picked up some tidbits of information here and there and created superficial rules of thumb, but does not understand the fundamental concepts behind it.

After going through step 1 I'm convinced that my takeaways are going to be about my systems and tracking and that regardless of what I apply to principles to, be it investors or retail buyers and sellers the fundamentals still apply.
