As a moderator and member on BP for many years, I have read countless posts on the disappointments with BP Marketplace, and have sent Joshua Dorkin, Scott Trench, Mindy Jensen and anyone else I thought could make changes suggestions.

Honestly I am very disappointed with your reply.No dude, I was not rude.

It was a disappointing conversation.

I'm disappointed, as there were at least 4 much more comparable sales within the past 3 months that would have given us the value we needed, but perhaps we just got stuck with a lazy appraiser this time around.

Although I don't know about you but I hit disappointing snags in 15% of my AirBnB rentals.

The people that care about us most in life want to protect us, they don't want us to be disappointed when we don't reach our goals, so they encourage us to set attainable and realistic goals.

You both will not be disappointed.

Prepare for some disappointment my friend.

They hop from one get rich quick scheme to another and have disappointment after disappointment feeling unfulfilled in their potential.   

Sorry if that's disappointing - it's just the nature of the world.If the goal is to separate REI from it's nature as a business, you may want to change the name of the site to "Smaller Pockets" - because that's what will result.You won't be helping people become successful, you'll be helping them build their own financial ruin.
