The GC is my uncle and he hired us to do the demo, flooring and bathroom tile.

It's a pretty big rehab ( as in lots of damage ) and I am starting demo this Friday so , ..

It's always a good bet to play it safe.Do any of these programs have demos you can give a test?

I try out demos from the other platforms here and there, but nobody has impressed me more yet and I'm pretty confident it would be impossible to get better support than I get from these guys.

I just bought my first house to flip last month and have since done quite a bit of the demo work myself but I'm looking to hire a one or two people to finish some of the demo and haul the crap to the dumpster.  

Rarely will a company do all 3. 1) Boardup companies: As the name suggests, these companies only do boardups.   2) Restoration companies: They're involved in the demo, drying, smoke sealing & clean-outs of all the debris from the incident. 3) Rebuild/Rehab companies.

Sounds like $0 since they are TOHs (tenant owned homes).Subtract out any major fixes (demo of store, fixing broken infrastructure, reserves for failing septic, etc.)Total = $196k - any big issues...It would be a good intro to it and being right down the road from you is the only way to make it work for a smaller project.

Either way clean up should be a little easier considering.When we demo I'll probably get a full face mask because that's probably when the allergens will really hit. 

Our first work day was the "Demo Day", which I scheduled 2 weeks into the purchase to give everyone time to RSVP and attend.
