FYI, I also am using one of their VAs as my full time assistant as well!

Here in Chicago, I currently am using Zillow's platform because it is by far the cheapest for the tenant.

I personally am using Fidelity Advisor Floating Rate Hi Income fund (FFRIX).

I used to live out by the NH seacoast and always found it amusing to watch the miles upon miles of cars/SUVs loaded with every kind of watercraft known to mankind rolling slowly up the 95 corridor in a near logjam every weekend from June - August.

The issue is when it comes to saving 10% to 16% up for the down payment (I am using a FHA), closing costs, title fees, and other stuff.

Although this seems like a really good option its probably going to be something I will have to look into later when I am used to real estate investing. 

I currently have a home and am using a HELOC for capital to start investing.

following as im interested myself. my father retired 20 mins outside of Branson and we always have a good time there. was just there last week of Sept and weather was great. area wasnt very busy though, and amusement was empty, got on rides with kids with practically no wait.
