I am very interested in seeing what you can do with the software aspect to aid in real estate.

As the "risk premium" continues to drop because it has basically become acceptable, and even legal in some states, the rates will be driven to what it takes to operate at a "normal" profit, given the low risk of the enterprise (except general farming/crop/price risks).

Seems like common since but you'd be surprised how many people think they can jump into real estate as if they were running a kool aid stand on the street corner, probably get more money wearing a sign that says "Please help, God bless".I guess they watch too much TV and then have fantasies about being wealthy, try the lotto. 

They are a large listing company so they will have properties and depending on the area you want to buy they would be a good company to start talking to.Other companies like Enterprise, Renshaw, Revid, MPM and even Crestcore all manage property for investors, they are all quality companies and all are licensed and able to show you listings as well.  

The Rental Partnership Program (RPP) is an agreement between the Housing Service Center (HSC) and community housing landlords and is designed to provide service members with suitable and affordable off-base housing and aid in defraying some of the costs incurred by relocation.

Do Not be afar aid of a contractor filing a fraudulent lien, there are repercussions for him, and you can get it quashed.

I'm not sure what the requirements are before it triggers State aid but we barely had to do anything beyond report it and the DEP swooped in and ran the clean-up effort....including bringing in Clean Harbors and heavy equipment to remove and replace the contaminated soil.

They tried all the band-aids fixes first and eventually replaced the compressor.  

Just no business enterprise running out of it.
