FV has grown, but the rental market is not as captivating at Holly Springs and Wake Forest do to the proximity of downtown Raleigh.

In the three years since I took it over it has even grown to be more. 

And I've grown from 12,000 square feet to 20,000 in 2 years all while another brand new facility went up with 10,000 square feet.  

During these seasons they pull out all the stops and plan all they can plant, then reap all that has grown. 

Hello BP, I was driving for dollars the other day in a neighborhood about 5 miles from where I live and saw this abandoned house aka (Eye Sore) tall grass everywhere and over grown shrubs.

For example, Bixby Knolls has grown a lot however if you go several blocks north or even south (right before downtown long beach) it's considerably less developed a bit more unsafe.

She couldn't sell the board on the idea and since then Bellevue has grown into its own urban center with 2MM sf of Microsoft office space among many others but those two single-story, unheated ss facilities are still there... because they cashflow like mad.

I've also grown a business relationship with my Realtor and Investor.

I've grown to hate the horizontal mini-blinds--and the vertical ones seem so much easier if you need to replace a broken slat.

I feel sorry for her, but she's had a lot of time to take care of her situation and she has grown children (who I've evicted), who've obviously found other places to live (and who destroyed my properties before eviction)What do you think?
