Research Resources and Self Storage

Recently my wife and I have decided to begin investing in real estate. We are both educated individuals and have a desire to proceed in this endeavor with as much information and knowledge as possible. Through our research so far we have been drawn towards self storage. We have attended Scott Meyers seminar and garnered a great deal of information about this topic. However, I would like to find more resources concerning not only self storage but general info concerning investing in real estate topics such as funding, taxes, and strategies about investing. Any suggestions for resources would be appreciated.
