Problems with evicting handicapped person?

July '13 I had this handicapped couple move in, who were caring for their handicapped daughter. A few months later 2 sets of their children rented 2 other units of mine.

In the spring the father passed away and I asked the wife, whether she'd have a difficult time living here without her husband and that I'd let her out of the lease, if she wanted to move somewhere else. She wanted to stay.

This summer I had to evict both sets of her children for not paying rent. The mother then stopped paying rent in September and I filed for eviction. At mediation she agreed to move out by Oct 16th. She does have the money/income (getting social security for herself, her deceased husband and her daughter) and she sent me a text, asking if she could stay until oct 30th, because she put down a deposit and her apartment isn't ready until the 30th. I texted back that she couldn't stay until 30th unless she paid all the back rent. Well, she didn't pay the back rent and didn't move out on the 16th.

She's still there and the Marshall is now coming either tomorrow or Monday. She's now on oxygen and walks with a walker. And her daughter is handicapped as well. Supposedly she had some agency that found her the apartment that she was supposed to move in on the 30th, but that may have been a lie. She simply will not communicate with me, except for that one text.

Have any of you ever had to deal with that kind of situation? Will the Marshall actually put her out physically, if she carries an oxygen tank? Will they refuse to do it, because of her condition? I feel sorry for her, but she's had a lot of time to take care of her situation and she has grown children (who I've evicted), who've obviously found other places to live (and who destroyed my properties before eviction)

What do you think?
