I happily stumbled onto this site while doing research on real estate investing a few weeks ago.

I became interested in REI, particularly in wholesaling and buy-and-hold rentals after stumbling upon BP's book on rental property investing (which, sadly I have not finished yet) and Phil Pustejovsky's videos on YT.

I just stumbled upon this, and I see nobody has responded.  

Hell if I know, it's not like I'm a title officer, I just randomly stumbled across something that the listing agent probably would have preferred I not notice, and made 3 phone calls to 3 different title companies who all told me about the cloud when they looked up that address, and how they never heard back from Listing Agent Joe after they sent him the prelim for the "pre escrow."

After a couple of years of reading/research on REI I finally stumbled onto BP.

I guess I just stumbled upon a 1% rule property.

If you're willing to visit the property, estimate the rehab costs, and fix it up, you may just stumble upon a hidden treasure.
