With these platforms in the Collaborative Economy (AirBnB, VRBO - short-term rentals, TaskRabbit-Errands, Prosper-Crowd Funding, Car2go -transportation, etc.) the "team" is plug-n-play like never before!

In Oregon the unclaimed department is like in the Department of Transportation some place you would never check. they count on taking this money after 5 years its free to them and easy to manage..

Thanks for the reply @Grant SmithI did look at some comparables and felt like my rental had more square footage throughout the house, nicer appliances, and close to highways/public transportation versus other properties in the area.

Will people feel safer buying cars rather than relying on public transportation?  

The rest of the room is just an enclosed brick/mason room that could easily be repurposed for storage, etc.

Close to transit and public transportation to downtown Denver.

Lots of backfilling going on and expanding on public transportation.

I have a property about 3 hours transport away, and I just get checks in the mail, no added expenses or fluff.

And...I'm interested in real estate investing as a mode of transportation towards financial freedom, and as a journey to learn, grow, and help others and myself along the way.

Have this house which i believe has an unpermitted bedroom which comes up as "Finished Enclosed Porch".
