Are these trustworthy sites or are they just ball parking the numbers?

Would love to get any tips and/or recommendations regarding the front range area and trustworthy contacts that could make up our "core 4" as David Greene calls them: Lender, Realtor, Management company, Contractor.

In doing my research, I'm so-so on the Memphis market, but like some of the turnkey providers there with a long track record of credibility, trustworthiness and not disappointing investors, which is #1 in my mind.Some of the concerns I've read, but I understand may be skewed as I haven't read as much regarding other markets are: 1 - Difficulty finding tenants without financial judgement against them from PMs?

But his lack of transparency into maintenance costs are making me question his trust worthiness.

So far I have a CPA connect, but Im trying to find a reputable and trust worthy Title Company, fairly reasonable Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Attorney who works with investors. 

I can't promise you will find all of those, but if you remain consistent, come off trustworthy and knowledgeable, capital and deals will find you. 

I currently work for a rather large publicly traded REIT but am really interested in getting into real estate investing pretty aggressively for personal income.I would like to build some trustworthy relationships with some experienced or seasoned "future" team members so that we all can have win win situations.

Plus, once you verify the quality of the product and the trustworthiness of the people on that first investment, the whole 'trust' thing becomes a lot easier for subsequent investments with that provider.Sounds like your work schedule really does dictate that you go the turnkey route for now - and you're definitely not alone in that.

Such as beginning to network with trustworthy agents and contractors in the city I choose and studying the local market etc? 

If it's good and they are trustworthy, then you may just want to have a talk with them to inform them that they are responsible for their guest and any damages or extra costs that may occur.
