Pittsburgh Contractors - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical?

Does anyone have investor friendly (affordable prices, reliable) contractors that work in the above areas in Pittsburgh?  We are taking over management of our properties and would like to have some reliable ones on hand for when these issues arise in our rentals.  Obviously, we don't have enough to have someone full time, but should have some steady work for them throughout the year, particularly as our portfolio grows.  Thanks much in advance.

If you know of anyone that would like to to general handyman work from time to time as well for about $15-20/hour (non contractor work like painting, clean up etc..) I will be looking for that as well.  Thanks again.
