This should serve the two-fold purpose of reducing the rate on this debt, AND removing your obligation (but certainly not your option) to pay off the debt on your own name.2) If your daughter is not capable of refinancing the debt, you could try option 1 with you as a cosigner.3) If you are able to refinance, then you are left with a moderate to low interest rate debt, and can approach tackling that debt like you would a home mortgage.

Another one is maybe having the most doors is important to you even it cash flow is minimal.... you won't really know till you're in it.For the record not saying any of the above suggestions are bad or good... just that you might want to have a clear understanding before you tackle a bigger more complex deal.

That's just annoying.People who are probably not worth my time:1) Anyone that says "I've been doing some wholesaling" (shut up, no you haven't, you've just been spamming people with no understanding of what you're actually doing).2) Anyone that constantly wants to put out lowball offers without having seen the property and sends over a vague sounding LOC letter from a vague sounding private money lender.3) People that demand to negotiate my commission prior to beginning a business relationship.Those are the basics...

SPAM - Apparently after the grand deed is signed in your name, that public record is now available to spammers..I got about 4-5 letters in the mail of "dated materials" with copies of that grant deed and a "submit payment of $54.95 to xyz..." for a frame picture of that paperwork.
