CPA Seeks Cash-Flow/Draw Schedule/Builder Trend Assistance

Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to the real estate industry. I have a client who does multi-family rentals and multiple residential flips at a time, often knocking down buildings and developing from ground up.

They have recently started using Builder Trend and would like to set up a cash flow sheet in excel to track how much money is needed to fund projects, how much is due on each date, etc. The draws are easy, however, I would like to be able to update the schedule via Builder Trend to reflect how much is due and when as projects are constantly changing. The demolition guy might want half up front then the other half 30 days after completion, the plumber wants half up front and the other half immediately upon completion then the electrician may need everything up front.

My question is does anyone have experience building a similar cash flow spreadsheet via excel or a general draft? I know bigger developers have a way to manage these flows and that is what I'm after
