I obtained my bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Investing in winter of 2013.

Given how much of global wealth is concentrated in the hands of 2 percent of the population it is likely that in any representative sampling most people will have little by comparison. 

So they have choices in life: sell/profit, stay/keep, or leverage it. 5- these are considered global destinations.

Most of my full time career has been spent with Vans where I direct a global footwear business unit.

So do not just take everyone's pro's and con's to heart its good to look at things from a global or 10,000 view approach to make sure it will all work out for your plans.The same could be said with tax, asset protection, estate planning, and other factors too.

Hello @Guillaume Derouet ,I see a lot of emphasis on ROI in those forums and want to add my thoughts on why ROI alone can be misleading.

Pay very little attention to the return they are promising, and more emphasis on the likelihood that they will produce the results they are touting.  

He does give emphasis to knowing the laws of whatever market you are investing in. igot a lot to learn before I jump in.

Do you typically only invest in your local area of the Philippines or have you been looking all around the region or globally?
