Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Jeremiah and I am an aspiring buy and hold investor from Grand Rapids. I've been around Bigger Pockets before and have always been interested in Real Estate investing. My wife and I have recently made the decision that buy and hold real estate investing is going to be the vehicle to our eventual retirement and as such I am here to get involved with and learn as much as possible about that specific topic. I recently purchased the book Brandon wrote on buy and hold real estate and while I am still working through it and all of the great interviews I can wholeheartedly say that if you're interested in Buy and Hold just order the book, you won't regret it.

I've yet to purchase my first property but am actively saving and tracking my own personal expenses so that soon we will be able to get into the game. I believe my next purchase will be the book on creative financing so that maybe I don't have to wait a year or two. But if I do I want to learn as much as I can beforehand.

I hope to get to know a few of you better over the course of my RE career and if there's ever anything I can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. My career is in the concrete construction field so if I can provide any value in that area I would be more than happy.
