Even with no furnace the interior temps were around 50 through out the winter,  with only 2 exterior walls and those walls being short walls, percentage of exterior walls is pretty low.

The real estate classes, testing and licensure is far less expensive than what that coach was trying to aggressively manipulate you into, and benefits you in so many ways! 

Pick the brains of other Wholesalers and see who you get along with, but don't get manipulated into "buying" their Contracts!

Its not a secret to anyone that a junk contractor or one that is looking to cut corners are all well monitored or not even allowed to operate in the city.Finally, you do not want to begin any process with anyone that is seeking to evade or circumvent rules and manipulate the system.
