Hi all I have an interesting situation happening ,, a insurance company contacted me and wants to rent my house for 4 months maybe longer seems like a good deal the rent i was asking was 1000 mo and they are going to pay 1500 month !

seem like a nice young couple their house had a fire and now the insurance is paying for a place for them to live during the rebuild
i am screening them like i would any other tennant but the check will come straight from the insurance,,, and they will movin in right away i will only miss a week of rent from the last tennant ,,, any one hear of this before ?
