New wholesaler looking to learn how investors think.

So I'm a new wholesaler in the Tampa Bay area. I am just getting started with wholesaling and I wanted to learn more about the way investors think. I am getting a few deals from other wholesalers in the area and I have a small but growing buyers list. My issue is I am having a hard time matching the investors with the deals. How do investors analyze deals, how do I match the right property with the right investor? How do I figure out what is a good deal from a bad deal?
