This is a pure entrepreneurism overlaid on a social need to solve the solve social dilemma via capitalism.  

After nearly 15-Years in the Property/Asset Management space, I've decided to start my own company. like many entrepreneurs, I don't have the biggest budget, and I must be strategic with my spending.

I really like what that sounds like is appealing to me as an entrepreneur.

I also have 15+ years as an entrepreneur in the tech world.

Would love to connect and network with other investors, syndicators, operators, entrepreneurs, etc. 

Most entrepreneurs don't have time for all "that fussy stuff" like having meetings and keeping minutes.

I have seen it thousands of times with entrepreneurs over the last 20+ years.Most REI LLC's could be pierced in ten minutes by a competent litigator.

You just need to have proven yourself as a successful entrepreneur in some other real estate or non-real estate related field and leverage that success and the skills acquired to execute the syndication business plan (plus educate yourself on the process).
