-rent out your condo and find a new property in SD and house hack it (potentially difficult / burdensome)-BRRRR (very difficult - big initial outlay of cash and then you have to really nail it to get all your capital back)-BRRRR an STR (probably really difficult)-seller finance (very difficult to find a seller finance deal)but, i still think that buying a random property in the midwest and getting crushed with capex is difficult too

I was in the finance industry dealing with the stock market but it was soul crushing so i decided to make a career change.

I don't understand why our offers are not getting accepted in these 2 states but we are crushing it here in IL.

I got my dreams crushed a bit this afternoon when my loan officer informed me they wanted 50-60% LTV on the apartment complex I was looking at.

They usually crush it as a tenant in a retail center.   

A lot of people tout the AirBnB numbers and talk about crushing it compared to long-term rentals.
