Hey BP fam, My wife and I are currently in Maui and are wanting to invest in a property or two in the near future. Can anyone point us in a good direction? We are looking for something near Kihei most likely as a vacation rental. Any recommendations on agents, property managers, banks, other investors in the area, etc??

I'll volunteer. full-time real estate broker/owner, 16-year Maui resident, own 7 properties, a few in Kihei, closing on my 8th pretty soon, specialize in investment properties. $1k closing cost credit to new clients!!
