My name is James Olinda, I have been traveling the USA in a DIY renovated Airstream for the past three years with my wife, baby girl and two pups, and it's been an incredible adventure.We just purchased a small piece of land, so we're invested in real estate and are laying the groundwork for more investments.

Fast forward five years and we now have a 17 month old baby girl and we have totally outgrown this two bedroom apartment.  

I went with a girl friend of mine and we drove up there from Dallas Texas and she was going to college up there.  

We got out first rental shortly after having our second girl!  

I'm the only white girl I've seen there in the 4 years I've worked in this neighborhood, and the neighbors love me.

Anyone following can help a girl out, I'd be ever so grateful.
