There are a lot of affiliate companies out there that charge their client what you might call a buyers premium and then they also charge the TK provider a fee as well so they get to double dip on both  sides.

I'll have to ask my wife...she passed her exam a couple months ago, but actually just affiliated with a broker a couple days ago...

Is it OK to tell callers "I'm sorry I'm not affiliated with governmental housing programs???  

I'm not affiliated and I haven't used them yet, but am considering it.
