You want to reward the telemarketer and pay them well .. not just go cheap.. and so you can get someone with some telephone sales skills and believe me this is a skill.. women usually are better in my experience.. so put some time training and effort into your telemarketing.. it will pay big results.. if your competition is just robo calling.

Maybe women weren’t the target audience at all?  

I've tried to say this multiple ways over the last few months and no one's listening, but here I go again anyway:@Tyler WarlowGet out there and date a lot of women.

Unfortunately they kicked in the door to an 80 old women....who Saturday morning by 9:00 am had moved out.  

Of course, we exclude women from this category of “initials only” for their own safety.

Man, those dudes loved their husky white women!

I had 3 teams 2 each  man and women door knocking every NOD in our 2 million metro.. and we could resuce them 1 to 2 days before they went to sale..
