The new landscaped front and back yards are lined with freshly trimmed fruit trees, rose bushes & succulents.

ARV should be around 100K.It needs tree trimming, carpet removal and re-flooring, serious cosmetics, and removal of heavy dog odor.

You'll have to add up the costs(Home removal, road re pavings, water and sewer inspection/repairs, connection upgrades, tree trimming, home purchases, OpEx, CapEx ect) and compare that you your expected cash inflows ( from either selling the homes and collecting lot rent or renting out the homes.

I'm currently renovating the property from top to bottom, new paint and trim, two new kitchens and bathrooms, and all new appliances are provided.

Usually, anything on your side of the fence can be trimmed without permission from the neighbor.

It’s just a different mindset, so if you can do clean caulking lines and American level trim work, they’ll have a hard time finding that there.

Some investors will use (and markets will command) 15-20 years for a roof and others get 25 (or more) years, some get 10 years out of HVAC and others get 15, 20 or even 25 years...and pay $2,500 for full replacement (inside and outside) versus twice that amount, some investors/properties/markets require structural or mechanical replacement in 20-30 years where others get way longer than that, some pay $300 to paint a full interior unit (trim and all) and others pay thousands (not cap ex but you get my point), some need to replace cabinets every 20 years, others can be painted and last twice that long (or more), some investors pay $1.00 per sqft installed for flooring and others pay 2-4x that amount...the list goes on...huge variations by asset class, market and investor.  

This will let you learn as well as manage the couple guys who you might hire for specific items like trim and tile etc.
