I figure I have two years to learn and plan and finally do a job that I am actually very interested in.I have been soaking up the podcasts and trying to learn everything I can. 

I am eager to soak up as much I can and begin purposefully investing in real estate.  

I want to soak up the knowledge and get this first buy under my belt.

I'm brand new to real estate investing and soaking up any info I can.

In the mean time I'm developing my strategy and soaking up education/information.

Would like to get my hands on an Indiana version, just to soak it all in.

There's likely already a thread (or eight) about any query you might have, but you can always start one of your own if you don't see the exact info you need.It sounds like you're still in that heady research phase, where it all sounds amazing and fun, so soak it all in!

Lots of great information to soak up on BP though while we are waiting!

Gives me a little more inspiration and just another reason for why I want to become active within this area of REI, as I'm only 19, I am still trying to soak up as much information as I could before getting into phase one.
