Hi everyone my name is Lonnie, and I'm SUPER GEEKED to have found this site!  I have been interested in real estate since my teen years.  I've taken classes on how to purchase, and flip properties.  Aside from purchasing my own home, I never had the opportunity, time or money to actually put what I learned into practice.

I will be retiring from my workaday public sector job in 2020, and I have all intentions of finally stepping out on faith and getting into the real estate arena.  I figure I have two years to learn and plan and finally do a job that I am actually very interested in.

I have been soaking up the podcasts and trying to learn everything I can.  I look forward to making some new friends, some mistakes, and hopefully enough money to pay off my gargantuan student loans :-)

Feel free to stop by and introduce yourself and learn how to dip my toe into the real estate pool.
