Remember that there are simple off the shelf and cheap incorporating packs like one from rocketlawyer or something, but it does not protect you 100%, if you do not maintain your llc/corp books correctly, it will not give you enough protection and those small holes could prick your corporate veil thereby exposing your personal assets.

They built a shed, moved a large storage trailer onto the site, added a shelf to the bottom side of the carport roof, blocked the egress to the back door by setting up shelves in the interior hallway, started storing things under a tarp outside the back door and even created fencing around that pile.We negotiated with them that they could keep the shed, but the trailer had to be moved off the property, the shelf had to be removed from the carport structure, the egress to the back door had to be sufficient to use the exit and the outside pile under the tarp and its fencing had to go.
