Maybe you could refi that one for 70-80% LTV at a lower rate, use the extra $$ (assuming you have enough equity) to pay down the next highest rate.Going after the one with the lowest balance will get you 'snowballing' quickest, and should also be the fastest way to reduce your DTI since the payments for that loan would drop off the quickest.
