Full disclosure there are complete throw-away blocks in that area, but you can find a deal if you look pretty easily.Midtown, Virginia Park, North End, West Village, East English Village, Woodbridge, MAYBE Islandview, Corktown, Bagley, are all very profitable and the values are increasing like crazy every month.

We have experienced a few bumps in the early months of our purchase (tenants didn't speak English, a few moderate repairs missed by the inspector) but all in all we are happy with the purchase and hope to learn from this property.We are looking to purchase another property, likely a duplex or larger and are going to continue our real estate education.

Real estate docs are written in legalese, and sometimes a word in English means something very different in legalese.
