FSBO- For Sale by owner

I Want to do a FSBO, what website syndicates to Redfin and REaltor.com? Any advice on how to do a FSBO would be very much appreciated. I already marketed the house on Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, and craigslist, I also read in a few places that I could pay a few to an agent to list the house on the MLS but don't want to pay the 6%. I thought that I could pay a fee just to list only.

Look for flat fee brokerages in your area and they’ll be able to put it on the MLS which will then be pulled into realtor.com; there’s one I’ve heard of pretty often called flatfee.com I believe.

I don’t know about your state but down here you need to offer buyer’s agent commission in order to list on the MLS. You could pull a fast one and offer like 0.25%. It won’t get you many, if any, realtors to send it to their clients but getting it on MLS and realtor.com might be worth the couple hundred bucks it will cost you.

Hope this helped!
