Just if anyone wants to look it up, I think it was Affiliated Capital, LLC.My first one was about 12 Articles, my longest is more than fifty pages, no idea how many Articles in it off hand, but several.So back to the original post, I still suggest sitting down with someone who can assist in a more personal manner.

Next would be to ask Title companies in your affiliate group for referrals.

The only exception I can think of is that NAR members agree to go to arbitration instead of suing each other.In my part of MA, our local NAR / MAR affiliate is "Plymouth & South Shore Association of Realtors". 

Apparently they are also called FMC Lending and are somehow affiliated to Athas Capital (although I'm not exactly sure how.).If anyone has any experience on them, please share.Jean

They are contacting a non-affiliated third party appraisal (that they may have done business with in the past) to appraise the property officially.Both scenarios are generally true for your question.
