Best Brokerages in Arlington

Hello!

I'm currently in the process of becoming a realtor here in Arlington, and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback/info/guidance regarding which brokerages were the best, and the reasons behind them.  I've heard good and bad things about numerous brokerages, and was just interested to see if there were any local realtors who had experienced it first hand.
