Hello Claudiany.I'm also new to real estate here in the US as I'm french.

I left the Navy in September of '15. 

It's a 3 bed/2 bath, has stainless steel appliances, a gas fire place, 2 car garage, dog door with dog run connected in the back, covered front porch, and a large deck with welcoming French doors.

It's going to be about 465 square feet, will be a studio / junior 1 bedroom (will have a french door between living room and bedroom). 

I just spoke with NAVY Federal who said they would include it right away, but only a certain percentage of the rent (70% i think).
