Hi All, Wrapping up a project looking for a Handy Man/ Carpenter to help with some touch up work trim, closet shelves, etc.

Both the door and the trim are damaged on both doors.

The whole house was repainted, laminate hardwood floors laid in the living areas, new baseboard trim, new carpet in the bedrooms, new tile flooring in the bathrooms and outside patio, granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, paint the cabinets, new toilets and plumbing fixtures, new lighting, and all tubs and surrounds were refinished.

Think NYC, Chicago, or DC.Understand the trim level for the different markets.

Trim trees and bushes away from the house.After you get everything tight, bait traps with peanut better and prepare for a mass killing.

We saw one that had been 'legally' converted & hidden above the bare minimum height drop ceiling was the entire garage door & mechanicals for it so I assume the down track rails were buried behind the new window trim.

Because you are not rebuilding the structure (the condo association is most likely responsible for that) the amount of coverage you need will be much less than the market price of the condo.I don't recommend estimating the insured value with a "20%" valuation, but for you to actually come up with construction costs to replace the kitchen, bath, trim, doors carpet, etc.
