Spend that time building up savings to learn about real estate investing, network, and soak up as much knowledge as you can.

I am here to soak up all the knowledge you great people can lend and hope I can be as successful in this as most of you are.

If he goes to work at an investment firm and someone else worth tens of millions or more is willing to (kiss the note) on a deal because they believe in him then he could possibly get further/faster than working a trade.Trades can provide a good income but if he loves real estate than working at an investment firm with many years of experience to soak in, learn from, and absorb could make a lot of sense.

We plan to buy at least one rental property in 2015, so I've been living on this site - soaking up all the knowledge I can!

I hand-wash most of my stuff that just needs soaking. 

I would love to meet up with other local investors and gain any knowledge that people have soaked up through their experiences. 

I found this forum a couple months ago and have been soaking up as much knowledge as possible since then.

Take pictures and if you need to, cut out a piece of the carpet that's soaked in urine to take to court with you.
