Newbie in MA...Looking to relocate in Greenville, SC

Hello All, thanks for having me...As stated above I'm currently living in MA working as a lineman for the area power company. Looking at retirement in the near future, with a relocation to the Greenville, SC area.  My real estate experience consists of purchasing and rehabbing 1 primary residence and 2 vacation homes.  My future plans are to move to Greenville and get into property investment. Start out with one property to rehab, sell/rent and go from there. Can handle most of the construction end myself. That's it, in a nutshell. Thanks again.
