If you're playing the currency arbitrage game, that's fine, but you're gambling.

Taking a little bit of a gamble that the property won't have any major damage, but they've been good tenants so I don't expect that to be the case. 

But it's a gamble, could work, could not, most likely won't be how you expected lol.Renting rooms might make more money, but again different challenges.

It's a gamble - and in our case, we weighed it against what we felt like were good odds and it worked out.  

Big day coming up, lets see what happens and if there is any Knee jerk reaction to the stock market. at list we don't "gamble" there hey! 

Its thanksgiving and I have spent an hour on E mail with premium title company and their off shore ( India closing personel)  they want to know why I cant wire money today  LOL.But they are going to wip up the closing docs and send them to me this morning..

The wife is available to sign in person but not the husband (he works off shore).

You can gamble on appreciation but unless you bought the building 20yrs ago it isn't worth it for cashflow rentals.  

While you shouldn't necessarily gamble on appreciation in any particular area, but its obviously there.

They may have a restriction on gambling to, but I just found that humorous reading the language they chose to include. lol.As long as it is just notifying the lender, I don't see a problem with it.
