These crazy auctino sites and their off shore closing companies

Its thanksgiving and I have spent an hour on E mail with premium title company and their off shore ( India closing personel)  they want to know why I cant wire money today  LOL.

But they are going to wip up the closing docs and send them to me this morning.. So they set up the official closing ( their words ) for today 11/24/16  it will be my first closing in 42 years ON Thanksgiving.  What I do for my team members across the country... this particular one is in the Caribbean with his family.. Enjoying the fruits of their labor.. while I sit here and work and get this deal done so when he gets home on Monday he will then own yet another home.. !!!

talk about dedicated to my team members.. what other capital provider works on deals on Thanksgiving.... LOL  really something
