I've been disappointed to see how many commercial landlords have been sticking their foot down on getting rent this month, threatening tenants with eviction, late fees, lease defaults, etc.

It's always so disappointed to know I'm locked out of many of these opportunities.Please give me some ideas on where I can invest passively without being accredited!  

I'm sooo disappointed that our country has done NOTHING to stop these volatile lending practices that lead up to this mess in the first place.

If you chase cash flow in another state you may be very disappointed as capex and turnover can eat up whatever perceived cash flow you thought there would be and on top of that real estate that doesn’t appreciate is expensive to sell, ie you could be writing a check just to sell.

That will keep your rod up there and stable and (possibly) save you service calls and disappointed renters when it pulls out of the plaster.Another option might be glass for the walk in shower, and renter provided curtain for the bath tub shower.If it were mine I'd swap out the little round front toilets for elongated ones (why limit your potential renters to those who fit the small size).Other than that, it looks beautiful!

You truly won't be disappointed. 

The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled by the owner.

We've been with them over 2 years now and have not been disappointed.

@Michael Rudd I joined UVREIA recently, but was disappointed that I could only go to one meeting before having to become member.  

Being new to this business, I took this as a dead end and was severely disappointed.
