New Member from Northern New Jersey

Hi All!!

I'm a part-time real estate investor who just found out about BP last week. I went to BP Meet up in NY last night and it was a lot of fun to meet fellow investors!! I believe it was a first time in NY (pls correct me if I'm wrong) but would love to this more often (would love to help organizing as well!) i.e. monthly or bi-monthly basis

I started investing in real estate last year and currently have a small portfolio of single-family homes in Indianapolis. I found these deals through turn-key providers but am now looking to find some deals in the Northers New Jersey where I live and would like to get more hands-on. Currently, living in an apartment with my wife but we are very interested in duplex deals to take the advantage of low down-payment using FHA loans (which I just found out last night from the meet-up). So if there's anybody who has good deals, please message me.

I see there are tons of great information so really looking forward to learn a lot and build relationships with fellow local investors.
