This is why government projects are always about triple what they should be.Short answer, no, don't tell him your budget, but that you'll take the best bid and will have lots of future work for the contractor who treats you right and that you always make timely payments.

And, he's setting his purchase price, which determines the amount of the wholesale fee, on a deal where he's buying and keeping 100% of those profits, so triple...you get the idea.

Anything above that starts buckling of the roof due to weight and support issues.When you go to take that roof off in the 5 years you say expect to pay double to triple to replace of what a normal roof job is with the labor of ripping and hauling all of that off.

List of suggestions.1) Be familiar with the eviction process2) Observe Disp. court prior to even filing3) Follow proper eviction procedures for your jurisdiction and do not request more than you can reasonably expect.4) Double and triple check court time and location.5) Make required copies for all paperwork you are going to give to the judge.
