I picked up a 4-unit in your home town a few years back from a direct mail campaign, which was a mix of professional letters (on letterhead) and post cards.

(I started this before I heard of wholesaling...oh well)-I bought the BiggerPockets Pro edition-I have made a binder/map of my entire county that I intend to "Drive for Dollars" as soon as I get back from Mexico-I have saved the postcard layout that I want to use after I have done at least one deal from "driving for dollars" so that I know what I am up against from start to finish in a transaction (I like to plan...obviously)-I will have a website set up soon-I will have my CRM set up-I already ordered a second "number" to send all calls to that will transcribe talk to text -I will order Business cards soon I KNOW THAT THIS IS ALL A BIT MUCH FOR STARTING OUT, but I like to have a plan and I like to act fast, so once I had this dream hit my heart, it was on....I am setting myself up for success.
