Landlord under false pretense of abandonment you entered in and destroyed evidence of a crime that had been committed at the scene JUST to get rent?

There is a difference in the market between an efficiency and a 2400 sq ft ranch style home.Another note, never have a tenant in a residential lease be responsible for maintenance or repairs (not including damages they cause), it is going to be a violation of federal tax law as to depreciation allocations and you can end up filing false returns as an owner.

If they lie or provide false documents in court they could go to jail. 

People and situations change.This is the great example of what I endured with a false eviction.

In this case, I will bet you the MO turns up eventually and, besides, what happens if you falsely accuse or terminate an otherwise good employee?  

Once again my post is correct and I will continue to correct your posts when you share false and inaccurate information to the community although I am loathe to do so as you just want to argue rather than learn.

Too often I see investors enter the market here with a false sense of security because the prices are so low but you can make a few mistakes and get yourself into financial trouble if you dont start off slow and build a good team.
