Over a decade ago when I moved here from the northeast Salt Lake was totally uninspiring from a cultural standpoint.  

Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a private chef and household manager for celebrity clients, traveling between Windermere, FL and Los Angeles, CA.Winter Garden, FL is my home however, and it is my pleasure to serve my clients with the same dedication and service from my house managing days!  

You need to come back for a bit man, though I am sure being an Aussie in Toledo is a bit like being a celebrity!

I am a Realtor myself, the problem with being an agent is getting into that agent culture, thinking about listing and selling real estate as a servant (helping others), driving customers around, escorting them through houses, writing conventional contracts of sale, and forgetting about making offers on real estate for yourself. 

It is a highly desirable area to live in the Birmingham area with extremely good schools and very family friendly culture.

In the long run, I hope to end up in Austin, TX because of both the business potential there and the culture.

Be careful of the ones that want to only want to sell you their education, especially the ones with TV celebrities in them.

I going to crack open that bottle of champagne in the fridge and we are celebrating tonight!
