I’ve heard good fuel economy and less desirable (lower trim levels) than the 3.5 or even 5.0z

Typically, the idea of multifamily is to add value and decrease expenses to get a higher cap rate, so look for anything you can do to trim costs (landscaping, property management, insurance, water bills etc) and add value anyway you can (provide amenities, charge for storage/parking etc).

Except for drywall, I did all the remodel entirely by myself and it took me 8 weekends.I purchased the house for 200k, initially, it seemed to be a good deal, but it was also the first time I was doing a project like this, and you don’t know what you are going to face until you literally face it.The remodel consisted of the following:New LVP flooringNew subflooringNew trims and baseboardsFull interior paint.New interior and exterior doors.New kitchen and appliancesNew vanity and toilet.New lighting and upgraded electrical.Leveling backyard (with a loader)New foundation and patio paint.This is how the kitchen was, old cabinets from the 80s, good quality but outdated.

Then work on thinning and trimming the Teak trees. 

We painted the entire condo, replaced all the doors and trim, installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout, knocked down a wall to create open floor plan, re-did the entire kitchen and remodeled both bathrooms.

Maybe new back splashes and table top, new doors if needed and trim to give the house a new look without doing too much.

To mitigate this risk, I would like to kindly request that you employ a licensed arborist to inspect and, if necessary, trim or remove any trees that might pose a threat.By doing this, it can help us both avoid any future damages or legal complications.

Scope of work included all new plumbing, electrical, lots and lots of framing to open walls and reconfigure rooms, drywall and plaster work,  lots of trim work to try and match the existing older trim, new baths, kitchen, etc.  

The neighbors made no effort to trim or cut down trees.
