I was just reading some of the disgusting comments with regard to the 16 year old who's emergency beacon was deployed in the middle of the Indian ocean.

The man was acting a little edgy and kept telling me "I was a soldier in the US Army" (currently he was on disability).

I really do not expect the properties to appreciate a lot in my lifetime because they are near a salvation army and manna house.
