Hi Champions,Could someone please point me in the direction to find the government list?

I have had to get cops involved twice and the ring doorbell showed what looked to be drug deals going on all night during the last occupancy. 

With my Ring doorbells, I am able to share access to my guests, for their sense of safety and ownership over the space, and so I include specific language around the use of that access, the video cameras themselves, etc. 

It definitely gets the phone to ring and I've converted one renter into a buyer.

That RV loan was transferred to HUD, then serviced by Champion Mortgage and most recently by Nationstar The daughter of the Decedent (the Father who passed away) has been left with a MESS.

For instance, if I am looking to buy homes, I mass mail postcards to residents directly saying I will buy their homes for cash, and just let the phone ring.

I am a full time REI investor and founded SalesTeamLive because I found that it was a huge amount of time and work to get the phone ringing with a consistent flow of motivated sellers and buyers AND it was almost impossible to do marketing (direct mail) and creative real estate.

I found him to be a champion of the small investor.

@James Park I think Duluth probably has a stronger rental market due to its proximity to the ring compared to the other 2 cities.
