Albeit two are on the US side and are Seneca nation owned, another two are just 5 minutes across the US/Canadian border. 

I do not have a tax preparer/CPA but I am considering one in Canada who seems knowledgeable in this area due to the number of canadians remaining resident in canada but doing business in the US.  

So I'm curious if anyone has any referrals for accountants that have experience with Canadians buying and selling in the US?

Its a royal pain to schedule and then pay for repairs over and above the operational costs of driving.
